How We Work Together?
At Ribas Distribution, we love supporting your business. That's why we provide the necessary equipment (freezers) under these simple conditions:
Sales Commitment: For the equipment to stay in your business, we only ask that you maintain a purchase volume (restocking flavors that run out depends on the freezer size). If you sell, we all win!
Exclusive Use: The equipment is exclusively for storing the products that Ribas Distribution supplies to you. This guarantees that everything stays in perfect condition.
Equipment Care: We ensure it is delivered in working condition. If something breaks, let us know! The equipment is for your use and cannot be lent or moved without notifying us.
Responsibility: We ask that you care for the equipment as if it were yours. In case of damage due to misuse or theft, the responsibility falls on the business.
Returns: If the contract ends, we will pick up the equipment with 15 days' prior notice.
Our Credits and Returns Policy
We always want you to have fresh products, so we give you 100% credit for: Expired products. Slow-moving products (we swap them for better-selling ones).
When does the credit NOT apply? Electrical problems at your location. If the product is damaged by storing items other than Ribas Distribution products inside the freezer.
